This photo of me was taken while I was on a road trip along the North California and Oregon Coast . This stop is at the Sea Lion Caves Oregon. Below me, by elevator, is one of the largest Sea Caves on the Coastal United States, and is home to a host of sea-lions. These magnificent animals have the run of the the cave, but are separated from the people by a heavy duty fence. From the top, there are vantage points that allow you to see some of the rock ledges outside the cave. On this day, I saw a mother feeding her baby, while being watched over by the local “bull”.
